Remachining

Lenoch Engineering provides an emergency remachining service to resolve machinery downtime catalysed by worn critical components.

Facilitated by our exhaustive reverse engineering and machining capabilities, remachining or skim cutting can be performed on both large and small parts, to ensure a cost-effective, reliable, and responsive solution to worn parts.

With decades of experience within the manufacturing industry, our refurbishment services are constantly evolving to meet the changing needs of the industry and clients. As part of this, remachining ensures existing parts are skimmed to original dimensions, without the need for replacement - saving costs whilst presenting a viable and bespoke solution.

Our innovation and efficiency as a company means we are trusted on a global scale, by some of the world’s leading brands, to provide high performing parts, on budget and on time.

Lenoch Engineering offers a comprehensive machining service, which can be performed both onsite and at our Coventry workshops. This includes drilling and turning, performed on manual machines for greater efficiency when producing individual parts, as well as coded welding. We offer numerous types of welding, including TIG, MIG, stick, and oxy, and are capable of welding dissimilar metals.

Our inspection and reverse engineering facilities are further performed on a state-of-the-art Faro Arm, for the ultimate accuracy when remachining parts.

Our emergency remachining services operate 24/7, ensuring Lenoch Engineering can support our clients no matter the time of day - whether for emergencies or scheduled shutdowns.

Our emergency breakdown services can be performed throughout the UK, on most types of material.
