Lenoch Engineering also invests in its future, by providing apprenticeship opportunities in-house and around the local area. We are also proud to sponsor initiatives, such as the Jaguar Land Rover Excellence Awards, for which we are a Platinum Partner. Lenoch have continued to grow substantially, through a process of evolution, continual investment and acquisition.
This includes attaining industry recognised accreditations such as ISO:9001, Achilles and Safe Contractor, re-structuring to meet the demands of the market place and mirroring the evolution of its clients and a policy of acquisition to add diversity to the portfolio of services that are offered. This is a process which continues today and will for the foreseeable future, with Lenoch Engineering looking to dramatically increase its turnover and size.

Lenoch Engineering Ltd, of Rugby
Since 1961, Lenoch Engineering has established itself as one of the leading suppliers of a range of engineering services.
Starting as a machine shop and tools and jigs manufacturer, a change of ownership in 2000 meant that Lenoch diversified into a multi-faceted company – we now cover a broad range of industries, including power generation, manufacturing, packaging and distribution, automotive, utilities, off-shore oil and gas, aviation and renewable energy.
Lenoch has continued to grow substantially, through a process of evolution, continual investment and acquisition. Work Experience and Apprenticeships
Lenoch works alongside Warwickshire College, offering two apprenticeship placements per year.
We also work with local schools to provide work placements for students.
Lenoch sponsor local teams to help support the community in and around Rugby. We have a long standing relationship with two of the top Rugby clubs in Rugby – Newbold RFC and the Old Laurentians RFC.
Lenoch also offer individual sport sponsorship opportunities to its staff members.
